The Story Behind ALEX Home Inspection Services

A few years ago, I was working in a hot Florida attic, running internet cable for a client. After an hour of sweat and fiberglass, the homeowner looked at me and asked:
 “You ever think about becoming a home inspector?”
 That one question changed my life.

That same weekend, I enrolled in a training program and spent over $3,000 to get certified. But just a few months later, the school shut down without warning—and without a refund. It was a tough setback, but I refused to quit. I studied online, earned my license, and launched ALEX Home Inspection Services LLC, determined to build something reliable, honest, and built to last.

Since then, we’ve completed over 1,000 inspections across Florida and beyond. We’ve helped families feel safe in their homes, supported realtors during fast-moving transactions, partnered with roofers to deliver timely compliance documentation, and provided government contractors and agencies with the detailed reports they need to stay compliant.
